I say that the recipes are 'fun for grand children' because you probably need to be a grandparent to justify feeding the kids that much delicious sugar. :) The recipes aren't exactly diet. The exception might be if you are entertaining a bunch of kids for something like a birthday party. You're sending those kids home to their parents anyway!! :)This book is definitely just for making really fun treats. You could also make some of the recipes to take to a party if you have a whimsical nature. The "Twinkie Sushi" would be a big hit!!Don't buy this recipe book to plan your daily meals. If you want a fun book to make treat for kids, or better yet to make fun treats "with" kids, give this book consideration. Your kids will love it. It'll get them in the kitchen. The recipes would be a hit for a Super Bowl party too!!
